General Manager

bSilk Road Bikers, part of Ghost Bikers Holding S.L., is a biker-themed restaurant and motor event venue combining high-quality dining with motorcycle culture and live events. Operating in Tehran for the Iranian market, the General Manager will lead all front-of-house, back-of-house, events and operational activities to deliver consistent guest experiences, profitable operations and a safe, compliant workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to regional management and collaborating with culinary, events and marketing teams.Key responsibilities include:

liProvide strategic and operational leadership for daily restaurant and venue operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.liManage P&L responsibility: control costs, monitor revenue, forecast performance and implement strategies to meet financial targets.liRecruit, train, coach and develop a multi-functional team (service, kitchen, events, maintenance) to achieve service excellence and staff retention.liPlan, coordinate and oversee on-site events, motorcycle gatherings and promotions in partnership with marketing to maximize attendance and revenue.liEnsure compliance with local health, safety and licensing requirements applicable to restaurants and venues.liOversee inventory control, supplier negotiation, scheduling, quality assurance and operational workflows.liImplement and maintain food safety and service standards; manage guest complaints and ensure excellent customer experience.liUtilize POS systems, spreadsheets and venue management software to monitor operations and reporting.liCollaborate with culinary and events teams on menus, event logistics and themed promotions.liMonitor staffing levels, scheduling and labor cost management to meet budgeted targets.liDrive revenue through promotions, partnerships and operational excellence.liReport performance and operational issues to regional management and implement corrective plans.

bProven restaurant/venue management experience in full-service F&B operations, with event management exposure.liStrong P&L management, budgeting and cost-control skills; experience implementing revenue-driving initiatives.liTeam leadership, training and performance management; ability to hire and retain staff.liOperational skills: inventory control, supplier negotiation, scheduling, and quality assurance.liEvent planning and on-site coordination for concerts, rides and themed gatherings.liCustomer service excellence, complaint resolution and guest experience design.liKnowledge of local health, safety and licensing requirements applicable to restaurants and venues.liComputer literacy: POS systems, spreadsheets and scheduling tools; ability to learn venue management software.liStrong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.b
