Join a biker-themed casual dining restaurant supporting daily food preparation, plating, and back-of-house operations. Report to the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager and contribute to service during lunch, dinner, and event shifts.

Overview:
Join a biker-themed casual dining restaurant supporting daily food preparation, plating, and back-of-house operations. Report to the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager and contribute to service during lunch, dinner, and event shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and basic dishes according to recipes, portion controls and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and storage areas
- Support cooks and chefs with mise en place, chopping, marination, and assembly of menu items
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Plate and garnish dishes to meet presentation standards during service and events
- Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory (FIFO), and assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow HACCP and company hygiene procedures, including waste disposal and temperature control logs
What we’re looking for
Must-have skills:
- Basic food preparation techniques: chopping, portioning, marinating, simple cooking methods
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP principles, safe temperatures, handwashing, cross-contamination prevention)
- Ability to operate common kitchen equipment: slicer, griddle, fryer, ovens, and food storage units safely
- Speed and organization under pressure during busy service periods and events
- Teamwork and clear communication with chefs and front-of-house staff
- Basic inventory handling: stock rotation (FIFO), receiving deliveries, accurate labeling
- Physical capability for repetitive tasks, standing long shifts, lifting typical kitchen loads, and working flexible hours
